About AA TECH 365

AA TECH 365 was founded in 2018 out of a simple observation: elderly neighbours needed help with everyday technology — computers, phones, printers — but access to reliable, approachable IT support wasn't easy to find. That gap is what started it all.

What began as helping people in the community has grown into a full IT support and cybersecurity consulting company serving residential and business clients across Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, and Guelph. The core belief hasn't changed: quality technical support should be accessible, straightforward, and honest — whether you're a senior getting set up with a new device or a business owner navigating cybersecurity risks.

What We Do

Our core focus is making technology work for you. On the IT support side, that means troubleshooting, repairs, network setup, and device migration. For business clients, we also offer managed IT services to keep operations running smoothly day to day.

On the cybersecurity side, we act as a trusted advisor. We don't oversell — instead, we help you understand your actual risk posture and point you toward the right tools and partners for your situation — whether that's a vulnerability management platform, a managed SOC provider, or simply stronger endpoint protection.

Our Approach

We're remote-first by design. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently over a secure remote session — no waiting around for a technician. When an on-site visit is genuinely needed, we come to you.

We treat every client the same way we'd want to be treated: clear communication, no unnecessary upsells, and a focus on solving the actual problem.
